At ACoP 2019 in Orlando, CTM presented a poster (#T102) that compared the performance of Non-Compartmental analysis across three software:
- Phoenix WinNonlin™
- R package PKNCA
- Julia Package Pumas NCA
Following ACoP, an error was found in how λz was estimated by the authors in Phoenix WinNonlin™. In collaboration with Dr Ana Henry of Certara, we have worked through the issue and updated the poster to reflect the accurate information: All three software packages, PKNCA, Pumas, and Phoenix WinNonlin™ compute effectively identical parameters. The authors apologize for any inconvenience that the original issue may have caused, and we appreciate the assistance that Dr Henry has provided in making the correction.
